In collaboration with Catalina Architecture of Aberystwyth, Build Wales completed an extension and renovation project designed to create more living space and address damp concerns. We began by installing external cork insulation, then applied lime-based breathable render to safeguard the structure against moisture while maintaining a healthy indoor environment.

The finished extension offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, featuring a natural slate, hip-style roof, and a spacious patio perfect for outdoor living. By using natural materials such as cork insulation and slate, the property achieves superior energy efficiency and longevity, blending seamlessly with its rural backdrop. High-quality paint finishes and thoughtful design ensure the new space remains both functional and aesthetically appealing for years to come.
